Personal training is expensive, boring and long outdated which is why we have developed our gym around the semi private model.
There is no ‘workout on the board’ where everyone does the same thing. That is what we call group training and what many gyms and trainers mistake ‘semi private coaching’ for.
The semi private model is exactly like 1-1 training except we coach 4 clients at the same time over the period of an hour. Regardless of what type of athlete (a mum, teenage, powerlifter, rugby halfback, etc) is training within that session each client will perform their own program specifically tailored to their goals and/ or sport.
