The company is involved in the provision of outsourced skilled and unskilled blue-collar workers hired for short or long-term positions.

The company can provide staff on a 24/7 basis and is a member of the Recruitment Consultants Services Association (RCSA) the industry’s leading body in Australia.

Industrial Workforce has been providing both casual and permanent blue-collar labour for a long time giving us a reputation that you can trust. We have a contingent workforce of over 250 people. In terms of customer service our office is open during normal business hour which is extended by individual staff being on call up to 9 pm M-F and on week ends if required.
