Partisan- People with like minded ideas banding together to resist the current commercial food trends, while embracing the local community & its needs. Our first feeling was that we both wanted to deliver local produce driven, stripped back European provincial dishes with our modern take on the cuisines of the southern European Mediterranean nations i.e. Spain, France & Italy the positive aspects being we are not tied to one particular food style, can draw on different inspirations in décor, food design etc. While still incorporating a cold larder driven side of the menu.
